Employers can ask employees to compensate paid but un-worked hours due to Covid-19 pandemic; by working extra hours within 4 months after the end of extraordinary period. In the press conference of the Turkish President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, it has been announced that the compensation period has been extended to 4 months instead of the previously valid 2 months period.
